📖 2. Description
Stick Soldier is a minimalist yet infuriatingly addictive game. The protagonist is a simple stickman soldier facing an endless series of cliffs and abysses.
The soldier cannot jump or fly. His only tool is a magical stick that can extend upwards indefinitely. Your mission is to visually estimate the distance and create a bridge of the exact right length to cross the gap. It is the ultimate test of your spatial estimation skills.
🕹️ 3. Gameplay
The controls require only one finger (or mouse click), but the margin for error is zero:
Hold: Press and hold the screen/mouse, and the stick extends vertically upwards.
Release: Release your hold, and the stick falls horizontally to form a bridge.
Walk or Fall:
Success: If the stick lands on the solid ground of the next platform, the soldier walks across safely. Score +1.
Too Short: If the stick misses the ledge, the soldier falls into the abyss -> Game Over.
Too Long: If the stick extends beyond the platform, the soldier walks off the edge -> Game Over.
Perfect Hit: There is usually a red dot in the center of the platform. Landing the tip of the stick precisely on this dot awards bonus points (Perfect).
💡 4. Strategy & Walkthrough
This game is about mindset, not speed:
Create a "Visual Ruler": There are no on-screen measurements. You need to create a mental reference system. Use the soldier's height or the width of the gap as a unit. (e.g., "I need a stick about 1.5 times the soldier's height").
Better Long than Short? Generally, aiming slightly past the center is safer than falling short. As long as the stick lands anywhere on the platform, you live. If it's short, you die instantly. However, be careful—platforms get narrower as you progress.
Rhythm is Key: The stick grows at a constant speed. Try counting in your head ("One... two...") to link the timing of your hold to the length of the stick.
Ignore Distractions: Backgrounds might shift or platform colors might change. Don't let these visual elements distract you. Focus entirely on the tip of your stick and the edge of the target platform.

Why We Recommend It:
Stick Soldier is one of those "looks dumb, plays hard" games that you can't put down.
Ultimate Simplicity: With only "Hold" and "Release" as mechanics, anyone can learn it in 3 seconds.
Psychological Tension: That split-second of hesitation before you release your finger—"Is it long enough? Is it too long?"—creates a genuine moment of suspense every single time.
Perfect for Micro-Breaks: Whether a round lasts 10 seconds or 2 minutes, it resets instantly. It is the perfect game to challenge your own high score while waiting for an elevator or a download to finish.
