Four Core Skills

Explosive Defense Suit (Ultimate)

Press the skill key to activate and equip a heavy blast-proof shield, reducing damage by 80% and capable of reflecting grenades and other thrown objects.
During activation, regular weapons cannot be used, but shield bash melee attacks are available.
Duration is limited; recommended to use before key engagements.

Multi-Purpose Hook Gun

Tap: Directly fires to pull a target precisely.
Hold: Locks onto the target and then fires, suitable for moving targets.

It can pull enemies, downed teammates, or supply crates toward Deep Blue.
Pulled enemies will be briefly unable to act.

Blade-Wire Grenade

After being thrown, it creates a slowing zone.
Enemies inside are slowed, take continuous damage, and produce sound cues.
Ideal for chokepoints, doorways, and other essential routes.

Rear Protection (Passive)

When not holding the shield, it automatically rests on Deep Blue’s back, blocking bullets from behind and reducing incoming damage by 50%.
This improves survivability, especially when pushing or retreating.

Operation Tips

While operating, move with the shield while frequently weaving left and right to reduce the chance of being hit through the observation slit
(being hit causes a brief “blackout,” requiring immediate retreat).

Raise the shield 0.5 seconds before impact to reflect grenades.
In melee fights, use the “shield bash → knife strike” combo to knock down and finish enemies.
From high ground, pressing W + Shift to sprint combined with right-click shield bash enables rapid breakthroughs.

Defense

Activate the Explosive Defense Suit and stand at the front as a “human shield.”
Place multiple blade-wire traps at point entrances, coordinating with teammates’ crossfire.
Focus on reflecting enemy grenades to cause enemy casualties.

Offense

In narrow terrain, use the “hook enemy → blade-wire to block route → melee finish” trap style.
You can also alternate between shield defense and rocket launcher for balanced offense and defense.

Practical Combat Tips

(Using Fire Zone mode as example)

Infiltration & Search Phase

Move forward using rear protection and terrain cover.
When spotting isolated enemies, pull them in with the hook gun to gather intel.

1v1 Engagements

Predict enemy movement and throw blade-wire at the path.
Then pull the target with the hook gun, followed by shield bash + knife strike to eliminate.

Multi-Enemy Fights

Activate the Explosive Defense Suit immediately to block gunfire for teammates.
Pull key enemy targets (such as snipers).

Place blade-wire traps nearby and have teammates maintain vigilance.
During extraction, Deep Blue must walk at the very front with the blast shield activated,
and place additional traps around the extraction zone to block pursuers.
