In Elden Ring: Night Reigns, the method to revive a fallen teammate is surprisingly simple—you need to attack them. When an ally goes down, striking them with your weapon will bring them back into combat. However, getting close enough to hit them can be risky during intense fights.

A much safer way to assist your teammates is to use ranged attacks or spells. These also count as “attacks” toward downed allies and will revive them without requiring you to enter melee range.

The primary method of reviving teammates is to attack them using your weapon or abilities.

1. Use Ranged Attacks for Safety

In battle, reviving allies is essential. The safer method is to use ranged attacks instead of moving in close.

2. Support Teammates with Spells or Projectiles

Ranged attacks and magic have a unique advantage—they can revive teammates from a distance.

3. Reviving via Spells

Casting magic or firing a ranged skill counts as an attack on your downed ally, helping them return to combat instantly.

4. Avoid Unnecessary Risks

In dangerous encounters, you don’t need to rush into melee range. Using ranged options allows you to revive teammates without exposing yourself to additional danger.
