Data minimization: we collect only what’s needed for operation, safety, and stats (e.g., anonymous session ID, device/browser type, page paths, dwell time, city-level IP geolocation).

Children’s data: if collected without guardian consent, we will delete promptly and notify the guardian.
(6) Content & Copyright (DMCA)
Ownership: third-party games, trademarks, and assets belong to their respective owners.
Listing/Removal: rights holders may email legal@netgamex.com with evidence and links to request removal; we act promptly after verification.
UGC: submitters must ensure lawful sources/licensing for all assets (music/fonts/images, etc.).

Encryption: HTTPS in transit; sensitive tokens stored encrypted.

Ops logs & anti-cheat evidence: up to 12 months
Event rankings/scores: 6 months post-event (or earlier on request via deletion/anonymization)
Account data: deleted/anonymized within 30 days after account closure (unless law requires longer)
Access control: least privilege, audit logs, anomaly alerts.
Breach response: affected users and regulators (where required) will be notified without undue delay.

GDPR/UK GDPR: consent management; self-service access/portability/deletion; data may be processed by approved processors and transferred under appropriate safeguards.
